Shinrin-Yoku, let’s take a walk

Breathe. Relax. Wander. Touch. Listen. Heal.


Shinrin-Yoku is the act of “forest bathing.” It is an idea that began in Japan in the 1980s. The belief is that spending time in forests can help you improve your health in a variety of ways; improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

More of an at home shoe/slipper. It took me about 10-15 plastic bags. Be creative, recycle and feel the beauty of creation!
